    After 14 years in the business, I love the variety of my role, the range of people and cultures I encounter and ensuring the consistently successful completion of all flight arrivals and departures. I believe in going above and beyond, and that nothing is too much trouble. The mother of a son and a daughter, I ran the London Marathon in 2010 and raised £2,500 for a cancer charity.

    Flight Operations Controller

    I have always worked in aviation. As Flight Operations Controller, I deal directly with approaching aircraft, organise flights, ground slots and other third party services, as well as liaising with Customer Services to ensure the most seamless of handovers. I consider myself to be incredibly thorough, and can count handling the arrivals for the London G20 Summit among my achievements. I live very close to Stansted and am a keen outdoor swimmer and dog-walker.

    Flight Operations Controller

    I see my role as significant in ensuring every flight operating through Fayair is seamless. I manage the Customer Service Representatives on my shift, allocate flights to team members and co-ordinate with the Flight Operations Controllers to create an excellent Fayair experience, with a human touch, for clients. When not at work, I can often be found cheering on Tottenham Hotspur.

With a complete focus on customer satisfaction, I believe in building up genuine relationships with clients, remembering the little things to help them feel at home. I am a mother to two children and have been a swimmer for 24 years.

    As Operations & Customer Services Director, I am responsible for the entire operational team, ensuring that our customers receive the very best service consistently.  Additional responsibilities include developing business relations with the airport, immigration/customs authorities, as well as customer representatives. With more than twenty years’ experience in the aviation industry, I strongly believe in attention to detail and loyalty to customers, promoting a ‘can do’ attitude to ensure our FBO is the best in the business.  As a father of two boys, all of my spare time is spent with my family.

    In my role as Sales Office Manager I am involved in securing new business, issuing customer contracts and building customer relationships. Following 15 years in the Ministry of Defence, I have spent the past seven years gaining experience in the aviation industry. I enjoy all aspects of my role within Fayair and relish the strong sense of loyalty and dedication shown towards making Fayair a success. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my family.

I strive for perfection and as a Senior Customer Service Representative my role is to provide a seamless service to our customers through cohesive teamwork. On my days off I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping and walking my two labradoodles, Theo and Stavros.

    I have been in the aviation industry since leaving college and I have worked within both corporate and commercial companies on the ground and in the air. I thoroughly enjoy meeting people and I am very passionate about providing excellent customer service which this role allows me to excel in.

    Working alongside such a warm and friendly team makes every day enjoyable. When I am not at work I spend my time with my fiancé and 4 year old daughter. I also enjoy baking.

    As Chief Executive, I lead the Company’s overall direction and strategy, working closely with the whole team and reporting to our Chairman. I have been in aviation for the whole of my career, working both in commercial and corporate aviation, moving through a variety of roles that have included operational and sales. Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, skiing (badly) and, most of all, shopping!

I have been involved in aviation, mainly commercial with some executive, for many years. I always aim to provide a first class service and it is my attention to detail that I believe is key. I like to make our customers smile and find working with such a friendly and professional team makes that very easy. 

    In my personal time I am a very active person who enjoys the fun side of life. I am also a qualified Zumba Instructor and I like to keep some of my colleagues fit and healthy.

    Since leaving education I have worked within the commercial airline industry, I have now taken on a huge and exciting step in my career to the Executive side of aviation. My role as a Customer Service Representative is very diverse with my main goal to provide customer service to the highest standard possible. Despite being with Fayair for a short amount of time, I enjoy every day as if it was my first. I am extremely keen to learn all aspects of executive aviation and believe this is just the start of my career. In my free time I take part in many activities such as snowboarding, motocross and working out in the gym.

    My past work experience has been of great emphasis on customer service and providing my clients with the best deals. In 2006 I won the award for best Dealer Manager of the month then went onto winning the years title in the mobile industry, this was nominated by my customer for providing excellent customer service skills and never disappointing my clients. I’m of Italian origin and I speak fluent Italian. I have 2 children and a Chihuahua. I enjoy being part of a big Italian/Sicilian family.

    I have a great passion to work within the aviation industry. I have worked both on the ground and as a flight attendant in a corporate environment and use this experience in my role as Customer Service Representative. I am very proud to be a part of Fayair and involved in dealing with high profile customers and crew providing a tailor-made approach and excellent customer service.


    I like the sheer power and beauty of aircraft and have recently had several helicopter flying lessons. In my free time I also enjoy classes in my gym, have an interest in psychology and love spending time with my family.

I have gained a vast amount of ground handling experience along the way. I will strive to bring my knowledge and professionalism to the newest and I believe the very best FBO at Stansted airport. I am married with two children and spend my spare time involved with my sons football team, I enjoy walking my dog and when time allows surfing in the west country.

    I have spent six diverse years in aviation, ranging from baggage handling to the varied responsibilities of a VIP ramp operation. Whether it’s servicing or general equipment maintenance or moving aircraft, I do whatever it takes to get the job done. I was drawn to Fayair by the chance to be part of something new and I love the fact that no day is the same. I live locally to Stansted and I enjoy rugby, golf and walking my dog.

    I have been at Stansted since 1986 and have held senior positions with large ground handling companies, managing upwards of 120 staff. My role can best be described as a jack-of-all-trades, as I do whatever is necessary to deliver exceptional service that is second to none. I enjoy keeping fit, doing charity bike rides for the British Heart Foundation and spending time as a family man with my two children.

    My role is instrumental in the safe, seamless arrival and departure of aircraft. From the moment an aircraft arrives, I am involved in assisting passengers with luggage, communicating with and helping the crew, checking and towing the aircraft, as well as keeping all ground equipment in pristine condition. I have been in aviation for 15 years and I always strive to go out of my way to provide the best service I possibly can. I live with my partner and our son, and enjoy restoring and riding motorcycles, as well as taking my son go-kart racing.

    I have been in the aviation industry for the last 8 years, working with both commercial and corporate aircraft at various airports. My general responsibilities include assisting passengers with their baggage, servicing and manoeuvring aircraft, also working closely with the crew to assist to their needs. I live close to Stansted, I enjoy my football and walking my beagle.

    Having worked in the aviation industry for almost 30 years I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge.  My roles have included being a cargo supervisor at Gatwick Handling also handling aircraft both commercially and in the corporate sector.  I have also worked as a ground services trainer at AGCTS.  In my spare time I love to cook and am regularly creating new dishes for my work colleagues.

    I have been in the Aviation industry for over twenty five years with positions held from a Ramp operative, Dispatch, Load control,
    Operations controller and loadmaster for a 747 cargo Airline. Along with this I have provided training in numerous Airside related courses.
    All these were in the commercial sector of the industry and am now looking forward to working within the corporate side
    with I think the best FBO at Stansted.


    When I am not working I enjoy my music and like to see live bands whenever I can. I also like travelling and spend as much time as I can
    either away or planning my next trip.

    I take personal responsibility for the daily housekeeping of the Fayair facilities. I have been involved in Customer Service for the majority of my life both in Lithuania, where I was born, and for the last 9 years since I have lived in the UK. My main focus is ensuring that the facilities are maintained to the highest standard, whilst assisting with the Customer Service Team. In order to carry out my role I need to keep fit, which I do by completing a 30 minute yoga routine before work every day
